So a few weekends ago I had the pleasure of playing for Garage Rhythm alongside Danny Fox, DJ Salesy and Diggy Dan Lee at Hopyard Brewery in Forest Row. Big up Famny for inviting me to play at such a wicked venue with great vibes!! Such a great promotion to for and a wicked night was had by all, good to see the dancing crew!! Also big up Salesy for saving my bacon in lending me his glasses couldn't have done without!!

If you weren't there don't miss out again keep your eyes open on the socials for the next one.

2nd place at the Ironman World Championship. Another crazy race on this island! 🌺🌋 My best result in Kona so far, in an incredibly strong field and conditions I won’t forget anytime soon. I’m proud of this result, but even more so of the performance and mental effort it took to get there. After a challenging swim, feeling seasick for most of it, I had to reset my expectations and keep believing I could still turn things around. A 180 km solo ride wasn’t exactly the race I had imagined, but looking back, maybe it was exactly what I needed: focusing on myself, staying patient and racing my own race. Coming off the bike without losing too much time to the front was a huge positive, especially after the gaps that opened up last year. Taking that momentum into the run was key and for the first time in my five Kona starts, I felt good, in control and able to really race. Playing catch-up on the run was fun. 😉 And somewhere along the way, I think I finally found the peace on this island I had been hoping for. Mahalo, Kona. You challenged me, pushed me and gave me a race to remember. 🌺 Huge thanks to everyone who supported me, on and off the course and especially to my team on the ground, who kept believing in me every step of the way. This one means a lot. 🫶🏻⚡️ 📸 @_timotheus_
Fiiliksissä!💙 Pääsen pian taas toteuttamaan yhtä unelmaani laulamisen lisäksi, kun saan juontaa suoraa tv-lähetystä!😍 Tällä kertaa kyseessä on vielä asiaohjelma, todella tärkeän asian puolesta💙 Saan kokea tämän lähetyksen upean ihmisen, oman alansa todellisen legendan rinnalla ja opissa. Mutta kuka hän on?! Tunnistatko kuvasta??😍🔥 Kerro sun paras arvaus! 💕 Torstaina tästä lisää, mutta saa laittaa jo kalenteriin: la 7.11, TV1 😘!!
I help people build and sell AI automations to local businesses - and they’re landing their first paying client in under 90 days without writing a single line of code, without being “tech people,” and without quitting their day job. Today, you can use AI to automate lead follow-ups, book appointments, respond to customer inquiries in seconds, and replace hours of manual work for small businesses - then charge them 3k+ to set it up and 500 to 1k a month to keep it running. There are 33 million small businesses in America that need this and have no idea where to start. The opportunity has never been this big. The only question is whether you’ll take advantage of it. Follow me @basharjkatou & comment the word “AI” and I’ll show you how!
