Quarterback play is built on repetition.

Every throw is an opportunity to improve your mechanics, timing, and decision-making.

Imagine going to a nightclub, not to party, but to relax with your favourite book while a DJ plays soothing music in the background!

On September 26, 2026, an underground nightclub called SPREAD, located in Tokyo’s trendy Shimokitazawa neighbourhood, hosted an unusual event that brought together two seemingly different worlds: reading and nightlife.

Instead of the usual crowded dancefloor and booming music, organizers transformed the space into a cosy reading lounge by covering the floor with carpets. Guests were encouraged to sit comfortably, stretch out, or simply lie down with a book of their choice while a DJ played soft, ambient electronic music at a relaxing volume. 📖🎶

The experience offered a refreshing alternative to traditional clubbing, allowing people to enjoy the atmosphere of a nightclub without the pressure to dance or socialize constantly.

Attendees could also exchange books, discover new reads, and connect with fellow book lovers in a setting rarely associated with quiet activities.

And once the peaceful reading session came to an end, the DJ gradually increased the volume, turning the space back into a dancefloor for anyone who wanted to continue the night with music and dancing.

The event highlighted a creative approach to nightlife, showing that clubs don't always have to be about loud music and high-energy parties. Sometimes, all you need is a good book, calming beats, and a comfortable place to unwind.

Would you attend a nightclub where you could read books before hitting the dancefloor?

Autism & food struggles... 💙

We get comments all the time saying, "Just get him to try this" or "If he gets hungry enough, he'll eat."

It really isn't that simple.

Mason has a very small number of safe foods, and although he's recently surprised us by trying a few new things, that's incredibly rare.

If he suddenly stops eating one of his safe foods, we're left with even fewer options, and that can become a serious worry.

For some autistic children, sensory issues around food, textures, smells and tastes can make eating incredibly difficult.

I'm sure a lot of autism parents watching this know exactly what I mean. 💙

One more moment for this special helmet beauty 🤌

To @taniosbahsous and @philengeroff ,
I don’t think I’ll ever be able to thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me.

Dad @taniosbahsous, you believed in me since before the world knew my name. You’ve given me your time, your energy, and made sacrifices from the entire family for me and honestly I probably will never fully understand the magnitude of it. But I’m so thankful ❤️

Phil, every time my hand gets raised, I hope you know it’s not just my victory. It’s yours too.

To all the other coaches in my journey who sacrifice and give me their knowledge… it takes a community to raise a fighter, especially one who’s dreams are as big as mine. We are only getting started, and I’m so thankful to have you by my side.

The dream is mine, but the journey belongs to all of us. ❤️

Follow along, we’re just getting started.
