Three years apart. No shortcuts. Just consistency.
The photo on the left was taken in July 2023. The one on the right is where I am now.
I was perfectly fit & healthy 3 years ago, but I knew I could be better…
What changed?
* I cut out alcohol.
* I drastically reduced sugar and ultra-processed foods.
* I stopped training with just one goal and started training like an athlete.
* I now follow a hybrid approach—strength, endurance, conditioning and functional fitness.
* I still keep heavy strength work as the foundation because being strong matters.
* I compete most weeks, which gives me purpose and keeps me accountable.
* I train every day, but I take recovery just as seriously as training—sleep, nutrition and listening to my body.
The biggest lesson?
It isn’t about finding the perfect programme. It’s about building habits you can repeat over and over again.
Progress doesn’t come from one hard week—it comes from hundreds of ordinary days where you choose to show up.
If you’re looking to get stronger, leaner, fitter, or simply become a healthier version of yourself, you don’t need extremes. You need a plan, consistency, and most importantly discipline!!
Results are earned one day at a time.
