Why is Sharon not surfskating this week?? Because Sharon got the bad iceberg lettuce and is battling cyclospora.

For my US folks, the outbreak keeps expanding so just avoid iceberg lettuce, especially if it's shredded at any sort of restaurant or food place.

I'm on the good antibiotics now and I've never been so happy to trust my toots.

In the interim, enjoy this belly show from Beryl my quilting supervisor as she "helps" while I'm hand quilting the Show and Tell quilt.
