Birthdays are always a time when I find myself taking stock of where I am and looking back. Something about the passing of another year that makes it feel like a good place for reflection.

It’s been two years since I embarked on this journey into full-time golf instruction. It was never something I set out to do but it’s where the steps led me. My wife and I were talking about our journeys separately and together, and one thing I’m most proud of is our willingness to listen to the quiet voice of the Lord for the next step to take. If you’re faithful over the small things, he will bless them. My life is a living testimony to that! Every good thing in my life is a gift from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Thank you all for coming along on this journey! It’s crazy to look at how far this page has come from making it on my lunch break one day at a job where I was feeling hopeless and stuck! Thank you to @chasecoopergolf for giving me a chance when he could have found someone more qualified.

And lastly a truly heartfelt thank you to every single person that has come in for a lesson! It’s such a privilege to provide for my family via the game that has been my passion my whole life. No coach has all of the answers, but I promise I will always give you my best and I deeply care about giving my players the best chance to improve!
