Banded Sandbag Extension

Saw @j_lucero89 doing these. I love extensions so figured, I’d see what was up with banded ones.

I definitely felt the tension the most in the upper 1/3 of it. Maybe should’ve used a smaller bag but 🤷‍♂️. I’ll be doing these more often now.
