🌙 Is your newborn awake all through the night?

Mama, you’re not alone. 🤍

Many newborns have their days and nights mixed up during the first few weeks of life, which can leave you wondering if you’ll ever get a full night’s sleep again.

The good news? This phase is completely normal, and there are a few simple things you can do to help your baby gradually learn the difference between day and night and settle better for sleep.

In this carousel, we’re sharing practical newborn sleep tips that may help your little one sleep better and enjoy longer stretches of rest at night. ✨

Remember, every baby is different, so be patient with yourself and your little one as you both learn and adjust.

And if nobody has told you today:

💕 You’re doing an amazing job.
💕 Your baby is lucky to have you.
💕 This phase won’t last forever.

Save this post for those long nights and share it with another new mum who may need the encouragement. 🤍

Helping them know when it’s night and day is a life saver, I would pretty much bring down the light and make the room cozy at night and make everywhere bright and bubbling during the day 👍🏾
