Each birthday I set the intention to have “the best year yet” and it truly does keep getting better and better. It’s such a blessing to grow older and enjoy this beautiful journey of life.

I’m really proud of what I’ve accomplished in this past year and how much I poured into me and my passions. I helped get a book on the USA Today Bestseller list. I did my first art show in a gallery. I taught a creative workshop on a women’s retreat in Colombia. I discovered even more love for movement through beginner dance classes. I connected with so many inspiring, thoughtful, genuine people. I committed to myself and found such a beautiful balance between all the things that light me up.

I’d love to share some of the lessons I’ve learned that have helped me reach this level of fulfillment:

✨ The way you speak to yourself will set the tone for what you experience; make sure you pour love into yourself and your reality will reflect that back to you.
✨ Energy is everything. It’s vital to take care of your energetic health! (I’d LOVE to help you with that, just ask me. 💗)
✨ Find activities that you truly love and MAKE TIME for them! You CAN have a routine that is genuinely so full of fun that will be both enjoyable and help you reach your goals.
✨ Make it a daily habit to express yourself creatively, physically, and mentally. Even if it’s just for a few minutes, you’ll always have something to look forward to that will make you feel good each day.
✨ Slowww downnnn. You’re exactly where you need to be. You’ve BEEN doing the work, it’s okay to take moments to enjoy, celebrate, rest, recover, or just simply be.
✨ Go for it! Whatever it is that you keep thinking about and want to try, just go for it! Get out of your comfort zone and discover a world full is possibility. Fiercely pursue the life you want to live.

I love who I am, who I’ve been, and who I’m becoming. I feel so connected to my purpose because of every version of me, and I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. 💗
