Our women!

As we share more from our time in Brazil, we couldn’t not talk about one of the things we feel most lucky about at Bossa: the women we get to work with. 💃🏻🥰

We often talk about working with women producers and supporting women across the coffee supply chain, but after this last trip to Brazil, we were reminded that it’s about so much more than that.

We’re lucky to work with some incredibly inspiring women — producers, exporters, roasters and partners — and to connect different sides of the coffee chain through these relationships.

And the more we spend time together, the more we realise how much we have in common. Different countries, businesses and experiences, but so many shared values, challenges, ideas and ambitions.

So yes, we’re proud to work with women in coffee. But even more than that, we feel lucky to learn from each other, be inspired by each other, and build something together.
