1 ingredient and a bit of patience is all it takes 💛🐄

Ghee is my preferred fat/oil of choice for pretty much all cooking as it’s super nutritious and delicious. High in vitamin E, A, K and butyrate - which helps to reduce inflammation via the gut microbiome.

I used 3 blocks of grass fed butter for this recipe and it yielded almost two jars full (~4 cups).

Simply add the butter to a saucepan and simmer on low, once bubbles appear give it a gentle stir every so often to help the moisture evaporate. Once the bubbles stop or you notice the milk solids going dark at the bottom then you know it’s ready! Be careful not to have it on a high heat as the milk solids will burn (I’ve learnt this the hard way before lol).

Store at room temp in clean jars and you’re good to go 🫶🏼

I have a hack that if you refrigerate it straight away it stops it going grainy. Then leave at room temp hehe xx
