After your guest appearance on Mike Rowe’s podcast, i downloaded the audible and am really enjoying it. Hoping to hear something about thyroid… i have hashimoto’s and heard that can affect heart and liver. All my metabolic numbers are “good” but i don’t feel metabolically healthy and hoping to find some answers…
