The actual worst.. and then when you miss it TWICE 😡 #golf

Apparently my neurodivergent brain is a ✨superpower✨ when it benefits others, but a ✨problem✨ when I need an accommodation. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE 🙃

We 👏 are 👏 DONE celebrating neurodivergent brilliance while shaming neurodivergent needs👏

Comment POD to get today’s pod ep sent straight to you - where Tyler (aka VP hype squad, my dear amazing wonderful AuDHD husband) and i are getting REAL on neurodivergent shame/growing up thinking something was so deeply wrong with you, spending your whole life trying to be “normal,” the exhausting reality of masking ADHD + autism, and how we’re raising our neurodivergent kids to never carry the same shame we did🫶

for real… we need to have this conversation LOUDERRR 🎤 it’s time to support neurodivergent brains the way they deserve

Honestly, I don’t know if I’d make it to the VS runway training the way I do today. 🤍

My approach to fitness has changed so much over the years. These days, I focus on getting STRONG, feeling good in my body, and prioritizing my long-term health rather than trying to fit in a smaller size.

And that’s exactly why I created The Core. To share everything I’ve learned along the way and help other women find a way of moving that makes them feel strong, confident, and good in their own bodies.

Repeat these moves with me ✨
