Some days are memorable and today was one of them… after a morning of good news and meeting another member of Denise Castillo Dell Isola’s care team at University of Chicago Medical Center, we experienced the HOPE within the Obama Presidential Center on the South Side of Chicago. It is extraordinary and 100% focused on bringing community together.

TNHT: Kyle.Anfernee (@Kyle.Anfernee) Neighbors, a Clark Atlanta student, Morgan Gamble, 21, is dead after police say a driver drove nearly 100 miles per hour, in a 35 mph zone, and hit and killed the 21-year-old college senior. The crash happened Tuesday night around 11 pm on Hank Aaron Drive and Glenn Street near the old Braves stadium in Atlanta. Police have charged Nikolai Dunford in the deadly crash. Police said Dunford was driving at a “high rate of speed” when he crashed into Gamble’s car as she was driving westbound. Paramedics took Gamble to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. An officer who responded asked Dunford if police could download his vehicle’s event data recorder. Dunford called his lawyer and agreed, according to the warrant. The data showed speeds of 94.4 mph in a 35 mph zone. Police arrested Dunford at the scene. He now faces charges of speeding, reckless driving and homicide by vehicle in the first degree.
