Tomorrow, September 4 from 6 PM to 8 PM, West Town First Fridays welcomes Masquerade Menagerie, featuring artwork by Jared and Jessica Joslin at the West Town Chamber of Commerce on 1819 W Chicago Ave.
The Ukrainian Village artists have shared a studio for the past 30 years, creating two distinct but complementary bodies of work. Jared’s richly detailed paintings and Jessica’s intricate mixed media sculptures draw inspiration from the glamour, mystery and theatricality of circuses, carnivals and cabaret culture from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Stop in for the opening, then keep the night going as you explore West Town’s galleries and creative spaces. ✨
