fifteen minutes, three coffee courses, one shot at the World Barista Championship.

at World of Coffee Panama on Oct 22-25, our @rubenadam will compete as our 2026 UAE National Barista Champion, turning one concept into a compelling experience of exceptional cups, where every note and nuance comes alive on the judges’ palates, just as he describes, inspiring new thinking and a deeper connection to coffee.

Ruben first came to the UAE as an entry-level barista, and today he leads our bar in Sharjah as Head of Coffee, generous with sharing what he learns so the people around him can grow too.

when he steps on the World Barista Championship stage, he’ll represent a coffee community and a hospitality scene built with the passion, grit, and skill of people from all over the world who are honored to call the UAE home.
