TYPICA Collective Brazil 2026: Meet the Participating Roasters

Founded in Madrid, Spain in 2016 by Pablo Caballero and Nolo Botana, Hola Coffee is one of the roasters leading Madrid’s specialty coffee scene. @holacoffee

The producers they meet have never exported coffee under their own name, and their cups hold a quality the world has yet to discover. Together with the producers, roasters build an “Offer List” to be featured on the TYPICA platform, helping these coffees shine around the world.

Introducing Finca El Morito — a new generation of specialty coffee from Cajamarca, Peru 🇵🇪

Peruvian agriculture has evolved from large estates to a landscape increasingly shaped by small family farms. At Finca El Morito, producer-exporter David Flores and his cousin Lenin are taking that evolution further, seeing specialty coffee as a path to greater value and a stronger future while investing in new varieties, improved drying, and precise post-harvest practices.

And the potential goes beyond Gesha. Marshell, Yellow Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica are all showing strong results, opening the door to regional selections, single-farm coffees, and high-value microlots.
