Sam’s bench had moved well for years, then progress stalled completely.

From 125kg to 127.5kg took almost 10 months. Something we REALLY weren’t used to.

Looking back at training, the pattern was pretty clear: his secondary work was moving well, but his primary bench day consistently wasn’t.

We didn’t overhaul everything. It wasn’t needed.

We added a fourth bench exposure, brought weekly volume up, and made day 2 a true primer for the primary day later in the week.

A few small changes at the right time.

And the next PR followed.

So proud of my dawg @hans.kgs and the progress he’s made, more to come! 🔥
