Mark McRae - Transformation Coach

It’s been 2 months since I won a national championship. Look fam, It’s very easy (and dangerous) to rebound when transitioning back into “normal” life after a bodybuilding show (and retirement!). Thanks to my amazing coaching team @mrrylee96 and @roxymclachlan from @lyfcoaching for guidance and structure with my reverse strategy.
I have maintained pretty damn well and I am proud of it. I plan to continue to live a disciplined life, to be an example for my clients and my family, even if I am not stepping on stage again.
Honestly I know no other way now and I would have it no other way!
