Sweet is the grind, the suffering divine once you understand the definite truth.. Victory is inevitable if you refuse to quit! Every rep, every drop of sweat, every choice to push harder builds a tougher meā€”for myself and those Iā€™d die for. It's time to get off your ass, crush the excuses, and claw your way to a stronger, healthier you. Fight for it, bleed for it, and make your lifeā€”and theirsā€”unbreakable. If not for you, do it for them! #NoWeakness #nosurrender #EarnIt by @mrrylee96
Get you a trainer who reminds you that you donā€™t have your priorities in check. @lyfcoaching_ | @mrrylee96 Be a fly on the wall for our training sessions & maybe itā€™s a message you needed to hear šŸ’ŖšŸ¼ by @mrrylee96
WELCOME TO THE LYF COACHING TEAM, JACKIE! This one is special to us. @jackiefit.world has been with us since the very beginning of LYF Coaching. For the past five years sheā€™s been coached both online and on the gym floor by Roxy and Ryan, learning firsthand what it takes to build habits, create structure and achieve results that last. From complete beginner to successfully competing in multiple HYROX solo and doubles events with incredible results, Jackie has truly lived the process we teach. Now she gets to help others do the same! Jackie is ISSA certified and working toward her @csesglobal certification. Over the past few weeks sheā€™s undergone extensive hands on training alongside our coaching team, learning our systems and the standards we hold every coach accountable to. And she is officially welcoming new clients to the LYF HQ gym floor! If youā€™re brand new to training, unsure where to start, struggling to build a routine or simply want someone to teach you proper form and help you build confidence in the gym, Jackie is ready to help you build that foundation. Whether youā€™ve never stepped foot in a gym or youā€™ve struggled to stay consistent on your own, you donā€™t need to have it all figured out before getting started. We couldnā€™t be more excited to see her step into this new role and help others experience the same growth she has over the years. Welcome to the team, Coach Jackie!šŸ¤ DM ā€œSTARTā€ to inquire about training with Jackie at LYF HQ. by @mrrylee96

One of the most special moments on our day was having our loved ones come forward and lay hands on us in prayer for our union šŸ„¹ ā€œAgain I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.ā€ ā€” Matthew 18:19ā€“2 Grateful to be surrounded by such God fearing peoplešŸ¤ by @mrrylee96
Marrying my best friend after 11 years ā™„ļøšŸ’ 19.09.2026 Our union was more than the papers, it was a declaration of our love & commitment before God. & our baptism the day after was our way of giving our covenant BACK to Him after 11 years. I donā€™t know how to thank the people who made this happen. Our intention was never to have a wedding but I never knew a civil ceremony could feel this special and intimate. @chantallephoto for an incredible job on our special dayšŸ„¹ More thanks to come šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤ by @mrrylee96

Itā€™s been 2 months since I won a national championship. Look fam, Itā€™s very easy (and dangerous) to rebound when transitioning back into ā€œnormalā€ life after a bodybuilding show (and retirement!). Thanks to my amazing coaching team @mrrylee96 and @roxymclachlan from @lyfcoaching for guidance and structure with my reverse strategy. I have maintained pretty damn well and I am proud of it. I plan to continue to live a disciplined life, to be an example for my clients and my family, even if I am not stepping on stage again. Honestly I know no other way now and I would have it no other way! #bodybuilding #fitnessjourney #leanmuscle #discipline secondprime by @mrrylee96
This is what 50 looks like! Wishing my personal training clients @ansonliumd happy peak week into his first show of the season and first show ever! Behind the scenes of a show day experience with us @lyfcoaching_ Moments before Becs took her 1st place at her first national show! Every detail matters before stepping on stage. From stage presence & posing adjustments Every sip of water & ounce of food The nerves, excitement, uncertainty Every moment leading up to the stage matters ā™„ļø @becs.fit_ @mrrylee96 @roxymclachlan @jenpimfit @naturalcanadaproshow by @mrrylee96
@meg.cl13 " I had no idea Iā€™d get published so fast after booking a photoshoot with renowned cover photographer @jamiewatling and it's a 4 page interview! Been holding this in since almost right after our shoot! Shooting with Jamie Watling was an incredible experience. It was only my second shoot ever, and his professionalism and guidance helped me open up and feel like a million bucks! Just a few days later, Jamie surprised me with the news that I was going to be published and I was a little shocked as it came out of nowhere. Health and Fitness are more than just aestheticsā€”theyā€™re about the continuous pursuit of becoming better than yesterday. This shoot truly embodies the dedication, discipline, and hard work that go into bodybuilding. Knowing that my achievements can inspire other women to strive for greatness is an absolute honour that I will always cherish. I couldnā€™t be happier to see myself in these photos and I recall looking at the camera and thinking.. " DAMN! THESE ARE HOT! ". The amount of attention Jamie put into helping me prepare for the shoot was very nice and although it was a quick shoot, with his experience, great mind and eye for photography, we got tons of great shots. Jamie went above and beyond for me. The laughter led to more comfort, which helped with my confidence. Check out my 4 page interview feature in @exeleon_magazine and if you are looking for a photographer for anything, who has landed countless outcomes all over the world for their clients and shows you that you are important, you need to reach out to Jamie Watling Photography <3 " @meg.cl13 @jamiewatlingphotography www.jamiewatlingphotography.com @lyfcoaching_ @roxymclachin @mrrylee96 check out the magazine here.Ā  https://www.yumpu.com/en/document/view/71259505/stunning-fitness-models-to-watch-in-2026-exeleon-fitness-magazine . . . . . . . #Fitness #model #FYI #excited #inspirational by @mrrylee96
