Дожди во Владивостоке всегда были. Слабые и сильные. И даже очень сильные. И жуткие тайфуны, и мощные циклоны. Но чтобы каждый дождь превращался в стихийное бедствие — такого никогда не было. Да, Спортивную здорово накрывало — помним. Район Пограничной и ещё кое-где у нас — но лишь порой, не постоянно.

И вот во вторник с неба очередной раз ливануло. Да так, что Владивосток едва ли не весь ушёл под воду. Прямо как легендарная Атлантида, правда, пока ещё с возможностью всплытия. Тонуло всё и везде. Территория близ «Зелёного острова» стала настоящим островом, отрезанным большой водой, перекрытым МЧС. А вот не надо было торговую точку этак называть — как корабль вы назовёте, так он и поплывёт, про это все в курсе. Пора переименовывать, лучше в «Зелёный остов». Тут вам и экономия хозяевам — смена вывески буквально даром, и символ надежды всем горожанам — остов, костяк обязательно уцелеет.

А почему у нас в дождь всё так плохо, знаете? Да потому что осень, и листья жёлтые, заразы этакие, над городом кружатся. Забивают, понимаешь, решётки, вода не уходит, и вот он, вселенский потоп. Специалисты рассказали. Разве можно им не верить?!

А почему «Заря» утонула, знаете? Впервые в новейшей истории Владивостока. Да потому, что там весь лес вырубили, уничтожили естественный песчаник, нарушили всю гидрологию, забетонировали косогор, служивший природным дренажем, понатыкали в бывшем оазисе домов, и теперь вся вода прёт на федеральную трассу. Специалисты рассказали. Но не те, с листьями, а другие — со специальными знаниями.

ХХI век на дворе, а столицу ДФО смывает дождём. Что ж мы такие отсталые, а? Где такие умные технологии, как автономная система ливневых стоков, водопроницаемый асфальт и банально — качественная ливневая канализация по всему городу.

Увы, из всего набора у нас только асфальт водорастворимый: тает, как сахар, при первом дожде.
