Didn't hit the Ridtbound T1 Signature collection box so to make me feel better i did a thing. Just let me hit the super Jennie auto or the relic auto. Hopefully some good hits to grade too. #jennie #blinks #blackpink

Yo Gin, do you know how the Topps allocation works in terms of just getting things like Topps marvel and stuff like that?

THE MAGIC IS REAL. And if you’ve ever watched a Black executive shatter a glass ceiling that wasn’t built for us to break, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Because every ceiling we break will become somebody else’s floor.

I’ve spent more than 25 years shaping global brands and influencing culture at @pepsi, @apple, @uber, @wme and @netflix. Now, as Creator & CEO of @evebyboz, I know what it takes to get through those doors. And the responsibility of holding them open.

Five years ago, the incomparable @jdevard imagined a room where Black executives could share their influence, lift each other and build pathways for those coming next. She created BECA @theofficialbeca1, the Black Executive C-Suite Alliance. I’m damn proud to be a founding member, and to have co-hosted its fifth anniversary Manifest Awards alongside fellow founding member Chris Foster.

And WHAT. A. ROOM.

We honored the legendary Ursula Burns, the FIRST Black woman to lead a Fortune 500 company, presented by @thasunda; Dow CEO Karen S. Carter, presented by Jim Fitterling; @blackenterprise, presented by Gale King and accepted by Earl “Butch” Graves Jr.; and @proctergamble, presented by @najohtitareid and accepted by Marchoe Northern. @kennydmitchelljr also presented a special recognition to founding member Paul Alexander.

And we celebrated BECA’s Playbook graduates, the future leaders who deserve more than inspiration. They deserve access, sponsorship and opportunity.

Jerri, take ALL your flowers. You imagined a room that history had given us every reason to believe couldn’t exist. Five years later, LOOK WHAT YOU BUILT.

The magic is real. The power is ours. And we’re making damn sure it outlives us.
