Today on her birthday, I'm remembering my Aunt Kay, who was there from the very beginning of my paleo journey. I was visiting her in Columbus, Ohio when a little Spinosaurus tooth piqued my curiosity and set me on the adventure of a lifetime. I miss you, Aunt Kay, and thank you for being such an important part of my life and journey ❤️🦖🦕
