Why aren’t more women doing this?

Freediving is about so much more than holding your breath. It’s confidence, discipline, strength, control, and discovering what you’re truly capable of.

I’d love to see more women getting into freediving—and into sports where female representation is still growing.

Not because we have anything to prove, but because these experiences are meant to be discovered, enjoyed, and shared.

And sometimes, all it takes is seeing another woman doing it to think… maybe I can do it too. 💙🤿
