These two never gave me any excuse, never missed a training session with me or by themselves, never skipped a cardio session or missed hitting their step count, and never missed a meal. It is an absolute pleasure working with you two and you make my job easy because the both of you are relentless when it comes to achieving your goals, improving yourselves across the board, and executing with precision. I couldn’t be more proud and happy for you two. Now it’s time to build and continue making progress 👏🏾
