How y'all doing, hanging in out there?! What a year already! I'm just starting to shake off the stress haze of a 1.5 year car accident recovery including a TBI, burning back and shoulder pain for over a year, and subsequent knee surgery in March. Lost an Uncle and a dear friend months apart in 2025 and it was all just a weird hazy marathon! Finally walking almost normally, finally, which is beyond relieving, getting my brain back and catching my breathe, and centering. Ready to get in a river or lake somewhere soon, hug and do dinner with some friends, and bring in some lightness, joy and play as I come out of my hermit mode! 😘🐬💜😊💃🏻💪🏞
