So naturally, we ended up back at @thehummingbird.la in Echo Park — one of our favorite Nikkei spots.

This time, there were a few new favorites:
✨ Robata Black Cod with sweet miso
🔥 Amazonian Short Rib Juane — the surprise of the night
🍋 Mixto Ceviche
🍣 Cured Salmon Hand Roll + passion fruit

That short rib though… definitely the dish I’d come back for.
