When does political mobilisation become undue influence?

Former President Goodluck Jonathan wants Nigeria to confront this now.

Reacting to the Osun governorship election, he flagged the growing presence of governors, aides and security personnel at off-cycle polls in Osun, Ekiti and Ondo.

Jonathan says it creates apprehension and pressure, and is calling National Peace Committee to convene a national dialogue with INEC, parties, NASS and civil society to set clear boundaries before this becomes normal.
