Pumpkin pasta can sometimes veer a little too far into pumpkin spice territory, but this carbonara keeps things decidedly savory, and so delicious. We present to you our Pumpkin Carbonara Pastina. Giadzy Gluten-Free Stelline in a savory pumpkin sauce with crispy pancetta, Pecorino, Parmigiano, some crispy fried sage, and absolutely no pumpkin spice in sight. Comment “Recipe” to find our Gluten-Free Stelline, save $2 on a box in-store, and discover this Member-Exclusive recipe.
