Some researchers are equally annoyed with the badly defined concept of “good stress” and even advocate to not use it anymore at all… and just call it stress. 🤷🏻♀️

Biology doesn't make moral judgements. There's no good/bad for stress, just as there is no good/bad for bacteria.
