Earth & Ether. An Equinox Flow and Restore. This one is still sitting on my mind. But I think what I love the most about this collaboration with @michelles_here is how our friendship has evolved over the years. We have a special connection. Like, really special. Not normal. Not human. Telepathy is strong with this one. And so, when we put this 90-min yoga class together it was amazing to see how the blend of our energies translated into a kaleidoscope container of magic. Softness. Respect. Support.

That night Michelle brought me flowers and a card with the most beautiful message. It brought me to tears. To feel seen, valued and loved - but kind of unexpectedly - it really took me aback. I am so deeply grateful for the connections I’ve made at @everlovecollingwood and Michelle is one of them.

I’ve never felt more energized, excited and just fully myself in a class. So yeah, thanks Michelle. For accepting my collaboration invitation, for being this ethereal being who takes absolutely nothing at face value - and for saying yes to us doing it again. Because we will. And you won’t want to miss it.
