No one can truly prepare you for this experience.

You can read about the temples. See the photos. Watch the documentaries.

But nothing compares to standing in these sacred places yourself. After travelling through Egypt twice, we’ve learned the magic isn’t only found inside the temples. There’s a lot to be found in the rhythm between them.

Every stop, every temple, every day on the Nile, and every moment of integration has been intentionally woven together to create an experience that unfolds exactly as it should.

Our full Return to Wonder itinerary is here.

Swipe through, pinch and zoom and imagine yourself with us this March 2027.✨

Meet my latest Venus alter. I worked tirelessly today to bring her to life. Inspired by @heloastro and her beautiful guidance on working with Venus and creating alters, I am SO pleased with this one. She’s simply perfect.

I started working with Venus years ago. It all began with Venus Nights, a women’s circle I would hold on Venus Day (Friday). I then started being more intentional with Venus, wearing pinks and florals on Friday. Donating to women’s shelters, cleaning my space, all the things Venus loves. Venus began to show up for me in my life, with a great job, sweet connections and wonderful opportunities.

My relationship then started to deepen further with alters and talismans and now, I’m committed to praying to Venus over the next 7 weeks. I recently learned even more about how to pray to Venus (thanks again @heloastro) and ask for what I want, like success, money, connections, friendship, and hey, even love. 💕

I’m launching a business infused with intention in just a few short weeks. I’m beyond excited to share @flamingopark.co with the world, featuring astrology apparel, retreats, events, astrology, astrocartography and tarot readings.

I feel grateful to have coach @andrewflynncoaching alongside to help stay focused and strong; challenging me to grow outside my comfort zone - exactly where I need to be.

Earth & Ether. An Equinox Flow and Restore. This one is still sitting on my mind. But I think what I love the most about this collaboration with @michelles_here is how our friendship has evolved over the years. We have a special connection. Like, really special. Not normal. Not human. Telepathy is strong with this one. And so, when we put this 90-min yoga class together it was amazing to see how the blend of our energies translated into a kaleidoscope container of magic. Softness. Respect. Support.

That night Michelle brought me flowers and a card with the most beautiful message. It brought me to tears. To feel seen, valued and loved - but kind of unexpectedly - it really took me aback. I am so deeply grateful for the connections I’ve made at @everlovecollingwood and Michelle is one of them.

I’ve never felt more energized, excited and just fully myself in a class. So yeah, thanks Michelle. For accepting my collaboration invitation, for being this ethereal being who takes absolutely nothing at face value - and for saying yes to us doing it again. Because we will. And you won’t want to miss it. taken in Everlove by @xokenzo

Dancing into Balance with Kudos Lokey was phenomenal!

Thank you so much for joining us for an outstanding event and first week of riding the Resonance wave with the energies of the Fall Equinox.

We all learned about the power of balance and pausing before reacting. And more importantly we committed to Self as we move with intention into the Fall!

Coming up next, October 15 Ecstatic Dance Journey feat @dj_medicineman w @xokenzo and @pazandflow

What is your intention for the fall?

Greateful with Hailey Dobis for a guiding us through a delicious warmup movement. Grateful with Realm Collective for working countless hours to create the immersive vibe fit right for the occasion. Grateful with Kudos Lokey for the beats, grooves and soundscapes. Grateful with Leslie Brennan for creating an alive altar! Thank you Paz for the introduction, insights and meditation.

Venus Rx shadow officially begins today.
The transit I’ve been waiting for.
Venus enters her pre-retrograde shadow at 22° Libra, beginning the story we’ll be moving through over the coming months.

Venus rules love, relationships, beauty, money and what we value. And when she prepares to retrograde, she asks us to look again.

Old lovers may reappear. Old relationship patterns may become impossible to ignore. Our tastes can change. Our values can shift. Something we thought we were finished with may come back around, not because it belongs in our future, but because there’s something there we haven’t fully understood yet.

And this Venus retrograde is especially potent because she begins her shadow in Libra, one of her home signs, before travelling into Scorpio.

Pay attention to what begins now. The people, conversations, desires, insecurities, attractions and questions surfacing during the shadow period are the opening scenes of the story.

Venus is about to take you somewhere.
Key dates below:

Aug 31 - Pre-Rx shadow begins at 22° Libra
Oct 3 - Venus stations retrograde at 8° Scorpio
Oct 23 - Venus cazimi at 0° Scorpio
Oct 25 - Venus Rx re-enters Libra
Nov 13 - Venus stations direct at 22° Libra
Dec 15 - Venus clears her shadow at 8° Scorpio by @xokenzo

I don’t normally post photos or videos of my child on social, mostly because I want to keep him protected, but this video he told me to post. So here I am. Sharing it with you.

I did my first yoga class when I was in grade 3. 9 years old. It shifted something in me instantly. I knew I loved it and wanted to do it again.

Yoga was always something I just did. Never did I imagine myself teaching it to others. I still often times feel silly, get imposter syndrome or just have moments of - am I really doing this?

I did my 200 hour a few years ago. I started to teach right away. Then life got in the way, major shifts and changes took me away from it. But I’m back, in a flow state of teaching once a week.

This summer, and for the first time, my son asked to do yoga with me out of the blue. I said sure. We got on the mat and he proceeded to run through various poses - some of which I had never even heard of myself. I was shocked.

Every day he asks me to do yoga but now it’s whose turn is it to teach? Me or you? And we take turns running through sequences. It’s so beautiful and reminds me also that yoga isn’t always so serious. So quiet. So introspective.

Sometimes it’s chaotic. With a kid and dogs walking all over the place. It’s disruptive but then finding peace and calm within the disruption. Noticing. Feeling. I am so lucky my boy is happy to do it alongside with me in this crazy old world.
