Guess who was just chosen as an instructor for the Heart of Flow festival at Milo Farm??? THIS GUY!!!! (I'm SO excited 🥰🥰🥰)
November 6th through the 8th at Milo Farm, come out and join the fun with some flow, wholistic practices, music, art, and festivities! At the festival, I'll be presenting two workshops:
- Intro to Poi: 2-Beats, Planes, and Basic Terms
- Stopping your Motion: An Intro to Poi Stalls
Come out and say hello! It's going to be an utterly magical weekend 🥰💚
