Souvignier Gris mini harvest!

This was meant to be our first harvest of Souvignier Gris but the frosts in the spring changed all that!

We never had enough to make wine so we’ve decided to collaborate with our friends from @sobremesa.drinks and @silvercircledistillery

It’s all a bit of an experiment at the moment but keep your eyes peeled to see what comes next! The main thing is nothing will get wasted and it’s a great way for three local businesses to work together
