My experience using StudyPlace has been one that I honestly struggle to find the right word for. But if I had to choose two words, I would say peace and understanding. Before I came across StudyPlace, I had used different systems and different platforms. I am not here to criticize any of them. But what I found with StudyPlace was something different. It gave me a place where I could take what was in my mind and actually turn it into something real. I could organize my thoughts, build what I wanted to build, and create something that would help me reach the customer or the audience I was trying to reach. It was very easy for me to use. One of the things I appreciate most is the way the platform seems to anticipate what you are going to need. You get to a certain point and think, “Okay, now I need this,” and many times, it is already there waiting for you. The flow makes sense. It feels like the system was built by people who understand the journey of somebody trying to educate, build a community, sell knowledge, or serve people online. But one of the strongest parts of my experience has been the customer service. And I can say this freely. The customer service experience I have had with StudyPlace is difficult for me to compare with some of the larger platforms I have used. What I appreciate is that it does not feel like customer service is simply there to receive complaints. It feels more like they are listening to the user so they can understand what the person actually using the platform is seeing. There is a difference between the view of the person building something and the view of the person using it every day. You can build a great system, but once people begin to use it, that is when you begin to see opportunities to make it better, make it easier, make it smoother, and make it more user-friendly. That willingness to listen has probably been one of the greatest joys of my experience with StudyPlace. I also believe StudyPlace has most of what an educator, coach, consultant, or someone sharing knowledge needs in order to reach people, provide value to them, and make that information accessible in one place.
