The final series race of the year.
If I was being a pessimist I could be pissed that I gassed out at the end, after my burpees, which meant I failed the tilting ladders as I couldn't breathe and got lightheaded.
Nearly vommed before the low rig & missed a podium by less than a min. (Massive kudos @mccrea_em for her podium after an ultra- you're incredible!!)
BUT - I genuinely LOVED this race - until the burpees, It was the best I have felt all year having felt awful in all my other races.
I felt so good on course & like I had my mojo back! So I was buzzing.
My knee gave me no issues too!
Loved my ongoing battle with @climbhigh22 igh22 & chuffed to get the low rig .
I also got my redemption in the open sprint by hitting my spear & completing the tilting ladders.
The positives far outweigh the things that went wrong & these are easily fixed by working harder & getting better - I'm excited to see what @coach_wendyorchard has in store for me.
4th AG.
4th for the AG National Series.
4 national series races:
Three 4ths
One 5th.. improving on last years placing.🤩
At least Im consistent & Maybe next year I can stop being the bridesmaid🤣🤣

See the arm bend on the low rig swing. That was definitely the difference that let you get it. Great work 🔥🔥
