Another summer in the books, and I honestly can’t believe how fast it flew by.

Every year, I’m amazed by the athletes who walk through our doors. The early mornings, the long days, the tough sessions, and the countless hours they put into becoming better athletes.

But what makes this program so special isn’t just the work in the gym. It’s watching these athletes grow, push each other, build confidence, create friendships, and challenge themselves every single day.

I truly feel like the luckiest coach to have the opportunity to work with so many incredible athletes. Getting to be a small part of their journey is something I never take for granted.

To every athlete who trained with us this summer — thank you for trusting us, bringing the energy, and giving it everything you had. I’m incredibly proud of every one of you.
