Okay I’m back!!

Today has been the first day within the last two months that I’ve been able to do any kind of physical activity without feeling as if I will faint, and extremely fatigued. I’ve lost a lot of weight, as well as hair on top of all that.

Last week, I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, meaning I have an overactive thyroid, and have not felt like myself for a while. I’m on a small does of medication, and honestly today I felt phenomenal. I know there will be days where I’m not 100%, but I’m taking full advantage of the surge of energy I got.

Almost 4,000 steps this morning, and bessss believe I’m gonna get back on my game.

I suffered from Graves disease which is also hyperthyroidism for years. It was rough. Be careful and kind to your heart. The disease increases your metabolism and has your body in a constant state of working out which causes tachycardia. Listen to your body stay hydrated and regulate your temperature. You got this. Make sure you stay on your meds no matter what. Trust me.
