Conversations about puberty can feel... Awkward, confusing, overwheleming... And yet, they don’t have to be.
The more we open up dialogue with our daughters the easier it becomes.
Here are some questions to begin!
Do you remember the questions you had when you were your daughter’s age?
Perhaps you can invite her to ask you those same questions!
Because a girl’s gotta be prepared. Period.
