I love a cheeky Shih-Tzu 💜
One breed, many looks and big personalities! (IYKYK)
They are stubborn and sensitive - if another groomer caught a nail 5 years ago, you can bet that Shih-Tzu is not going to let you anywhere near that foot without a fuss 🤣 one of the most common “do what you can” breeds I come across. But they have a piece of my heart 🫶🏻 probably because I love working with anxious dogs 🥰 it’s the most rewarding part of my job 💜

Almost all of these dogs are request clients due to other groomers struggling to finish the groom due to behaviour. I have worked with them over years to get them to be able to have grooms of this standard, and there will still be hair sticking out in places because if getting that last little hair is going to stunt the progress we’ve been making, it isn’t worth it!

Side note: sorry only boys are featured, 80% of my requests are male for some reason 🤷🏻‍♀️
