Julian Gregory

Motif (2026)
An open-cylinder is twisted forming a soft pocket around the light. One edge closes tightly creating a seam while the opposing edge remains open letting light pour out. The directional embossed texture on the surface of the lamp hints at its original primitive form.

Motif (2026)
Un cylindre ouvert est torsadé, formant une poche souple autour de la lumière. Un bord se ferme hermétiquement créant une couture tandis que le bord opposé reste ouvert, laissant la lumière s'échapper. La texture directionnelle sur la surface de la lampe fait allusion à sa forme primitive originale.
