Day 2 diving Sipadan 🤿
This might have been my favorite day yet.
We found bumphead parrotfish within the first few minutes, swam with a huge school of batfish, and saw so much life along the reef.
But the highlight of the day was definitely the hammerheads 🦈
Seeing them in Sipadan is never guaranteed, so when our guide started yelling through his regulator to get our attention, we knew something good was happening 😂 And there they were. We seriously hit the jackpot that day!
One more day of diving Sipadan to go follow along for day 3!

My wife and I dove there 32 years ago, when it was relatively unknown. Lived in a hut on the edge of the water, did 5-6 dives a day. It was remote and spectacular.

How many days did you get to dive in Sipadan through your stay? Permits used to be hard to come by. It used to be just one day on a trip.
