ONE DATE - SO MANY CHAPTERS.

Timehop showed me what September 12th has looked like over the years, and it honestly stopped me in my tracks.

1️⃣ Twenty years ago — Winning the Welsh Championships and at the Beginning of a life, that I had no clue I would live!!!!

2️⃣ One of My first guest posing appearance in the USA at 24 years old

3️⃣ Returning years later to guest pose at Mr Wales that same show i Won as Jr Bodybuilder now Slightly bigger lol

4️⃣ A massive mural of me on the side of whole building (gym) in Australia. @themeataxe RIP.

5️⃣ 2015 — Two weeks out from @mrolympiallc, fighting to make weight.

6️⃣ 2016 — Three days out @mrolympiallc Las Vegas with the Best Coach of 20yrs @neil_yoda_hill1.

7️⃣ 2018 - My final show, although I didn’t know it at the time. Day of the meet the Athletes and a day before stepping onstage to win my seventh title, I was sitting in my room playing with my Daughter Adiena.

8️⃣ 2020 — The COVID offseason. Woulda. Shoulda. Coulda.

9️⃣ 2021 — The Year i opened up @the_dragons_lair, and got to see the legend and my friend @tysonfury training at the gym and in camp for the Wilder fight.

🔟 2022 — Dad life and New edition to the Lewis House - My Son Macsen.

1️⃣1️⃣ 2024 — Sitting down on @straightouttathelair with one of my favorite fighters of all time, @chuckliddell.

1️⃣2️⃣ 2025 - Living my best life with the person who has witnessed more of these chapters than anyone and supported me through the best and worst of times my wife @alir87

TODAY:
Now I’m entering an entirely new chapter, with a perspective on life I never had before.

Life truly is a blessing. Looking back at just one date across the years (last two decades) it reminds me what a life I’ve lived the victories, the what-ifs, the moments nobody saw and, most importantly, the people who made it all mean something.

By the Grace of God, I’m still here and more grateful for this life than ever.

Now I’m writing the next chapter as a Dad, Husband and Businessman. The legacy I built onstage will always be part of my story, but it won’t define the legacy I leave behind.
