🌿 Meet Michele!

Every teacher brings a story to the mat—and Michele’s story is one of curiosity, reinvention, resilience, and finding balance in every chapter.

With a degree in Interior Design, Michele spent years creating beautiful spaces before discovering another kind of design: helping people create balance within themselves through yoga. Her journey has taken her through entrepreneurship, interior design, and ultimately to becoming a yoga teacher—and each chapter has brought something meaningful to the next.

She draws inspiration from her son, Evan, whose determination and resilience remind her to keep growing, embrace change, and live with purpose. And when she’s not on the mat? You’ll likely find Michele exploring a coastal trail, traveling, appreciating architecture and theater, or discovering a new wine region. 🥾🌊🍷
