It can be painful and hard to close a chapter and begin a new one but I’ve learned it’s more important to follow those gentle nudgings than to stay somewhere that just doesn’t seem to fit anymore. Forever grateful for all I’ve learned in my time at OTP - for the relationships I’ve made, the way it’s blessed my family, and the way I’ve seen it bless so many others, too. Thank you to all of you who continually put your trust in me as someone who shares the things I love and as someone who’s had the honor of leading thousands of women in business. I carry that privilege with immense gratitude and a tremendous sense of responsibility to you, my community, and the women I lead, first and foremost. I also know I have to be true to myself, and my family, too, and sometimes that means setting something aside. This feels like a huge trust fall. It doesn’t ever get easier.
