Welcome to my acorn fairy village that I created at my vipassana retreat. ✨🧚🏼🍁

Shoutout to @saltysalti for planting the seed to make nature art 🌀🐚

This was such a magickal experience for me. I had never really communed with the earth in this way before. Sure, I’ve created altars using pieces from nature but this experience was unique.

It was a living piece of art. A dance with the earth.

Each day I’d get inspired to add to the village - not knowing what the end creation would be. The earth matter would inspire my next move and I’d be the funny human walking around the trails so intently trying to find the exact color of moss or find the base of the oak tree where the acorns would fall.

It reminded me that I am an artist. My art is expressed in so many beautiful ways - not just confined to what we may think when we hear “artist.”

I am a multifaceted human and believe that we are all creators. The creative life force energy breathes every one of us alive — it’s what makes us human.

I’m grateful for the quietude and peace of these 10 days in silence and the ways Spirt moved through me & allowed me to commune & co-create with the earth in this specific expression.

A video doesn’t really do it justice. Regardless, thank you for witnessing this expression of me 👐🏽🧡🪾

We are here to experience all the sensations in this body.

The pleasant and not so pleasant.

The joy. The sorrow.

The hurt. The pleasure.

The cold wind tickling my lips.

The ability to watch a sky light on fire due to the grand departure of the setting sun.

To marvel at the mystery of the moon.

To enjoy a spoon full of honey.

To be comforted by the warmth of a cup of tea.

To feel the heat of my beloved snuggled up beside me in a cold van in the midst of autumn.

To feel the rise and fall of my chest with every breath.

To yearn for a life of more depth, presence and liberation.

This is the human experience. We are here to FEEL it all through these sensing bodies. ALL of it. Not just the yummy, pleasurable sensations, but the deep grief that wants to be felt and set free by simply being witnessed.

For it is in the witnessing where the medicine is doing it’s sacred work. It works in subtle and mysterious ways.. and it’s part of the innate human curiosity that is hungry to know HOW.

Keep on the path of curiosity and self discovery…

for Truth will be revealed. by @sunbeam_brookie

All disease begins with mitochondrial dysfunction.

When your mitochondria breakdown.. so does your entire health. Your health is DIRECTLY related to the health of your mitochondria. ⚡️

Remember learning that the mitochondria are the “powerhouse of the cell” in science class??

Well… there’s a whole lot more to the story!

Your mitochondria are tiny structures inside your cells that produce ATP — the energy your body uses to do pretty much everything. From moving your body and thinking clearly to repairing cells and keeping all your systems running, they play a HUGE role in your vitality.

But they’re not just little energy factories. They’re also involved in cellular communication, metabolism, and how your cells respond to stress and their environment.

Improve mitochondria function to improve your life.

Here are the foundations for improving mitochondria health:

☀️ Get outside in the morning sunshine
🥑 Nourish yourself with real, nutrient-dense food
💧 Hydrate and replenish your MINERALS
🚶‍♀️ Move your body in ways you enjoy
😴 Get quality sleep
🫶 Make time for connection, play & actually enjoying your life!
⚡️Utilize mitochondria supporting protocols

This is about giving your body more of what it needs and less of what depletes it.

This is a big part of what we mean by regenerative health — creating the conditions for your body & terrain to thrive, rather than constantly chasing symptoms.

Health isn’t just about not being sick - it’s about having consistent vibrant energy to LIVE your life full on!!

And that’s what we’re here for 🤘🏼

Life lately —

We left California and drove up the coast.

Along the way…

🏕️We camped with dear friends.

🌲We walked amongst the great one legged ones - known as the Redwoods.

😂We laughed.

🥾We hiked.

🃏We played games.

🥙We made yummy food with our favorite humans.

🤤We ate copious amounts of date smore’s.

✨We found magick in the mundane and created home outdoors.

A simple life is a rich life. We are so grateful for the opportunity to live life like this.. it’s a choice. AND it’s not all blueberry picking and epic views.. there are sacrifices that are made behind the scenes of what you see on instagram and social media.

Overall.. we are committed to living beyond the confines of the invisible box - a box that was never designed for human thriving.

How are you breaking down the walls of the invisible box to live more free?

Vitamin D was never meant to come in a bottle first. ☀️

Sunlight is more than a source of vitamin D—it’s information. It helps regulate our circadian rhythm, supports hormone production, and reconnects our biology to the natural rhythms we evolved with.

So before reaching for another supplement.. ask yourself..

When was the last time you simply went outside and let your skin absorb the codes from the sun?

Walk barefoot. Feel the earth. Breathe the trees. Watch the sunrise or sunset.

Let nature remind your body what it already knows.

Health isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes it’s about reconnecting with what we were designed for. 🌿☀️

My happy place in Bend - Shevlin Park 🌲🌲🌲

The water is cold and envigorating! It’s a perfect place for a stroll, a dip in the river and a nice little spot to read, journal & reflect✨🌞📖 I’ve been here twice already today 😝

Also do you spot my super rad pickleball tan line I got going 😂

Get yourself some nature therapy 🌀🦋🏕️
