Many of you have been following my nomadic adventures and travel journey over the last number of years. From camping and hiking all around Ontario, to moving Costa Rica during the pandemic, then solo road-tripping and tent camping last summer to Sedona and beyond; then finally my current #VANLIFE expeditions with Brooke (@sunbeam_brookie)… I feel super grateful to be living a life of EXPLORATION and FREEDOM. I’ve been on my entrepreneurial journey for over 7 years now and although it’s been a roller coaster of ups and downs - I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It’s given me the ability to live life on my own terms and in a way that I get to DESIGN it. Hence “@TheAdventureEngineer” = Engineering a Life of Adventure. (Although, I am also a retired Civil Engineer 😜)

Many of you know me on here for my love for adventure but also my love for coaching my clients (1on1 and in groups). Really overall, my service to the world is about empowering other people to step fully into their gifts and live their fullest, most THRIVING lives. You may have noticed recently that I have partnered with a company in the nutrition, wellness and superfood realms - called PURIUM. And to some of you that might seem out of left field or kind of weird, but it really was a no-brainer…here’s a few reasons WHY I did it… ✅There was a GAP in my coaching offerings around health and wellness. And eating well plays a huge role in the healing process. ✅These SUPERFOODS have personally changed the game for me to stay fed, healthy and energized on the road in an EASY, CONVENIENT, FORMULAIC and DELICIOUS way! ✅This company stands out to me as a high INTEGRITY business from sourcing regeneratively farmed ORGANIC INGREDIENTS, to their use of compostable packaging, to finally it’s highly fair COMPENSATION model that just made sense to me. ✅Finally, The incredible COMMUNITY. A tribe of fellow TRUTH warriors out there in the world, EMPOWERING people to live a THRIVING and FULL lifestyle of their dreams. Your body doesn’t NEED Protein… Your body NEEDS Amino Acids. Protein (when ingested) needs to be broken down by the body. This process is also known as protein catabolism, is the process by which proteins are broken down into their constituent amino acids. And the thing is…not all that protein actually gets converted. Here is the utilization rates of the different types of protein: -Eggs = 48% -Meat = 32% -Whey, Soy, Nuts = 18% -BCAAs = 1% The SuperAmino23s = 99% utilization Plus, this particular formula of amino acids are absorbed in 23 minutes (no digestion required), delivering pure fuel for muscle recovery, energy, and tissue repair-without loading your system with toxic byproducts. What would it feel like to build strength, recover faster, and fuel your body with something that your body can utilize in the most efficient way? Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, struggling with digestive issues, or simply trying to feel good again, these will take you to the next level. WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING… “As soon as I put these in my body, I gained like 5 more pounds (muscle). Crazy! These are really helping!” “I’ve been using these aminos for six months now, and the difference is night and day. My recovery times are significantly shorter, and I feel less fatigued after workouts. It’s incredible how much energy I have during my training sessions, and l’ve even noticed improved muscle definition!” “After starting SuperAmino23, I experienced a remarkable increase in my energy levels. I no longer feel the afternoon slump, and my digestion has improved dramatically. It’s been a game-changer for my overall well-being and workout routine.” If you’re ready to simplify your nutrition and maximize your health, comment “AMINOS” and I will send you $50 OFF your first order! @zachbushmd beautifully articulates the healing potential of camping and being immersed in nature ✨🌲🏕️ For us, camping is a lifestyle. Putting our feet on the forest floor as soon as we wake up 👣 Opening our eyes to the first rays of morning sun 🌞 Hiking barefoot to remember our connection and restore communication with the earth 🦶 Nature is where you go to heal. Inflammation, gut health, nervous system support.. nature IS THE REMEDY. 🙏🏼🌱 Instead of popping another pill or ordering more biohacking tools.. I encourage you to re-immerse yourself into nature. This is where true healing happens. Shout out to all the homies who joined us for this nature experience this past week 🫶🏼 @saltysalti @anaiainalignment @breathewithtai And big shoutout to the one legged ones - so blessed to be amongst the redwoods so tall and grand 🌲 y’all are the real ones!
