Many of you have been following my nomadic adventures and travel journey over the last number of years. From camping and hiking all around Ontario, to moving Costa Rica during the pandemic, then solo road-tripping and tent camping last summer to Sedona and beyond; then finally my current #VANLIFE expeditions with Brooke (@sunbeam_brookie)…

I feel super grateful to be living a life of EXPLORATION and FREEDOM.

I’ve been on my entrepreneurial journey for over 7 years now and although it’s been a roller coaster of ups and downs - I wouldn’t trade it for anything. It’s given me the ability to live life on my own terms and in a way that I get to DESIGN it.

Hence “@TheAdventureEngineer” = Engineering a Life of Adventure. (Although, I am also a retired Civil Engineer 😜)

Many of you know me on here for my love for adventure but also my love for coaching my clients (1on1 and in groups). Really overall, my service to the world is about empowering other people to step fully into their gifts and live their fullest, most THRIVING lives.

You may have noticed recently that I have partnered with a company in the nutrition, wellness and superfood realms - called PURIUM. And to some of you that might seem out of left field or kind of weird, but it really was a no-brainer…here’s a few reasons WHY I did it…

✅There was a GAP in my coaching offerings around health and wellness. And eating well plays a huge role in the healing process.
✅These SUPERFOODS have personally changed the game for me to stay fed, healthy and energized on the road in an EASY, CONVENIENT, FORMULAIC and DELICIOUS way!
✅This company stands out to me as a high INTEGRITY business from sourcing regeneratively farmed ORGANIC INGREDIENTS, to their use of compostable packaging, to finally it’s highly fair COMPENSATION model that just made sense to me.
✅Finally, The incredible COMMUNITY. A tribe of fellow TRUTH warriors out there in the world, EMPOWERING people to live a THRIVING and FULL lifestyle of their dreams.
