a month ago🙌🤍🤍🤍🙌 I love this piece Cara !!!. The way you've interconnected differences in materials from 'country' , so evocative of farming relationships suggesting boundary lines,... the fences that keep sheep flocks contained stitched upon a strip/ remnant of wool bale using your repetition signature 'willow' pieces is such a beautiful commentary on how white Australians, colonial settlers and their offspring have carved up land to earn a living growing the iconic Australian wool industry. So appropriate for an Australian national textile exposition. A real knock out. Would love to see this piece. 🤍🐑🐑🐑 Have fun.
