This year's Colive Fukuoka festival is our LAST one at this scale and we wanted you to hear it from us first.
Since 2023, hundreds of you have shown up every October, and this place is what it is because you kept coming back. We're full of gratitude.
At the same time, we've been feeling something for a while, How much more there is we haven't explored yet. We want to build deeper connections between local industries, craftspeople, and global founders, and one big festival a year just isn't enough to get us there.
That's exactly why, starting next year, we're moving from one big annual festival to year-round community events and small retreats of 20–30 people. So those connections can go deeper.
Before that, though one LAST festival, and we want it to be our best. Come be part of both our finale and what's next, together, in Fukuoka this year.

Oh no, I’m a bit sad you’re ending the big festival — I haven’t managed to come to one yet. That said, I’m glad you’re still going run experiences next year. In fact, like might even like the smaller retreats better anyway — less overwhelm and easier to connect with most of the group 😊
