I’m 5’8” throwing in the low 90s, Still.

So when you look at my mechanics, don’t just look at what they look like. Look at how much FORCE is being created with a smaller frame.

When you’re 6’5” or 6’7”, you’re naturally working with longer levers, a longer stride, and more mass.

When you’re 5’8”? You better learn how to use every damn pound you have.

How to leverage your body.
How to create energy from the ground.
How to transfer it efficiently.
How to sequence everything at the right time.

That’s why I think shorter, hard throwing pitchers are some of the best guys to study.

We don’t have size to fall back on. We have to figure out how to make the body produce more with less.

So if you’re an undersized pitcher trying to throw harder, stop comparing yourself only to the 6’7” guy throwing 100.

Study the 5’8” guys.

There’s probably a lot more you can learn from how he creates it.

Size helps.

Efficiency creates velocity. ⚾️

Backside power follows frontside stability

I think you do learn to use ur entire frame and the core power is all more centered for sure allowing for the better of legs/hips and less strain on back and arm to really extend and bend. Only thing for us vertically challenged is ball at times will on a flatter plain the whole way so once again learn to create and gain that rise /life on the ball being on a constant path
